HM-SEP20
HOWELL
SEP20 silicone-modified sealant is a one-component, neutral-curing, non-polluting, non-volatile plasticizer, mold-resistant, and paintable sealant. It is mainly used in the fields of door and window engineering, decoration, and renovation for bonding, filling, jointing, sealing, waterproofing, and reinforcement. It has good adhesion to various building materials without the need for primer. It is a low VOC, solvent-free, isocyanate-free, and low odor sealant, making it the healthiest and most environmentally friendly option.
Typical Application
◆Sealing and filling between various metal and aluminum alloy doors and windows and walls
◆Home interior decoration, floor, tile, and ceramic bonding
◆Other general purpose filling and waterproof sealing

The product meets the standards of JC/T881-884-2001 12.5E, ISO 11600F&G class 12.5E, and GB/T14683-2017 20HM.
Construction
(1) Clean the surface of the substrate before applying adhesive.
(2) Cover the surface near the joint with plastic tape to ensure a perfectly neat seal.
(3) Install the pointed nozzle and cut it at a 45° angle according to the size of the joint.
(4) Install the caulking gun and press the adhesive out at a 45° angle along the gap, ensuring that the adhesive is in close contact with the substrate surface. When the joint width is greater than 15 millimeters, apply the adhesive repeatedly.
(5) After applying the adhesive, use a cutting tool to trim the surface before the adhesive dries. Remove any excess adhesive and then tear off the tape. If there are any stains, they can be removed with a damp cloth.
Usage Restrictions
◆Cannot be used on surfaces that may exude plasticizers or solvents, as this may damage the sealant's performance.
◆Not recommended for places that are exposed to long-term immersion in water.
◆Cannot be used for structural assembly or curtain wall jointing.
Package and Storage
